Your conference experience
Full conference registration includes
- Conference sessions: orals, posters and exhibition area
- Conference catering: morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch
- Welcome Reception
- Poster Sessions
- Conference Dinner
- Access to the online program app
- Conference name badge
One day registrations include access to conference sessions and catering on the chosen day of attendance. The Conference Dinner is not included.

Support to attend
Travel bursaries
PhD students and early career researchers within three years of their PhD award date are eligible to apply for a travel bursary to help with the costs of attending the conference.
Applications close on 20 August 2027. Your abstract must be submitted with your travel bursary application.

The online registration dashboard
The registration dashboard is a unique online system that allows delegates to register and manage all aspects of their conference attendance before and after the event.
You can return to your dashboard at any time to:
- Add social function tickets
- Add or amend your extras
- Book or amend your accommodation
- Make a payment
- Begin or edit your abstract
- Download your invoice or receipt
Returning delegates
If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN Events, you may already have a registration dashboard. Enter your email and password under “Returning delegate”.
New delegates
If you have not registered for an ASN Events conference before, select “Register as a new delegate”. Once you have completed your details, your registration dashboard will be created.
Registration for group managers
If you are a group manager arranging registrations for delegates within your organisation, please refer to the registration instructions.
Registration payment
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the registration dashboard.
- Visa or Mastercard: 1.25% surcharge applies
- American Express: 2.95% surcharge applies
- Direct deposit: banking instructions will be emailed upon application
Credit card payments will appear on your statement as “ASN Conferences Pty Ltd”.
An invoice in AUD will be provided once you have registered. You can reprint your invoice and receipt from your dashboard at any time.
Conference ABN: 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted are in AUD (Australian dollars).
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is a query, they will contact you. To make changes or additions after registering, return to your dashboard.
Cancellations & refunds
Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend, you must contact ASN Events in writing via email at adelle.x@asnevents.net.au .
- Before 4 September 2027: cancellations are eligible for a full refund less an AUD $100 cancellation fee.
- On or after 4 September 2027: cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
If you have not yet paid for your attendance at the time of cancellation, this must be paid in full.
Delegate substitution
If you are unable to attend the conference, your registration can be transferred to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events.
Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee.
